Job Title: Product Support Administrator - 12 month Contract
Our client is a global brand owner and they are seeking a product support administrator to join their dynamic team based in Dublin 2.
A typical day within the job of Product Support Administrator will include:
- Providing product and technical support to the team via phone, email and online.
- Analyse requests and process replacement orders.
- Work with Third Party Service and Distributors
- Document all support activities utilizing CRM & ERP systems
- Work with Field Service Support and Sales Teams to manage software and hardware product rollouts.
Experience and skills required for the job:
• 1-3 years related experience in a similar role
• Experience in Problem Solving and decision making methodologies desired.
• Min 1 years experience with SAP
