What is the job?

As a Customer Retention Rep you will be responsible for:

  • The retention of on-time renewals, driving customer satisfaction, and protecting recurring revenue and customer count.
  • Manage and submit timely and accurate renewal sales forecasts and pipeline management.
  • Work with customers to resolve any issues that may prevent them from remaining as a customer such as billing, invoicing, value perception, relationship, product, competitive threats etc
  • Act as an ambassador for Renewal Sales and build on relationships.
  • Verify pricing, licenses, expiration dates with customers and resellers globally.

What does the job need?

  • Experience in a similar role in Customer Retention, Account Management, ideally in the IT industry.
  • IT proficient
  • Customer service and retention skills
  • 3rd level qualification
