I am looking for someone with excellent customer services skills who will also have Windows 10 experience to join the IT Department of this global company.

About Your New Contract Job

· You will be the IT support first point of contact

· You will provide functional knowledge and technical support to the business supporting manufacturing and office based employee’s

· You will take on incidents and requests through the ticketing system and through the emergency IT Service Desk helpline

· You will seek to enhance address process improvements, training, knowledge transfer, reports, and documentation

· You will create and update the knowledge base to improve service to customers including: develop written procedures, tips, reports, and support related material.

· Your new IT Support job will require you to ensure that systems and databases are protected in accordance with the companies Information Protection Policies and Standards

What Skills You Need

· 1 year experience working in IT Support / IT Service Desk

 · Solid customer service experience is key for this position

· You will have previously provided Windows 10 & Office 365 support

· You will be proactive and be able to work off your own initiative

 · CISCO / MS certifications would be an advantage but not essential
