We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors for our client, a regulatory body, based in South Dublin.

Salary: €26-30k DOE

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Answer customer queries by phone, email, and internal chat systems
  • Provide administration support to customers, updating internal databases, and respond to internal/external queries
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure issues are escalated when appropriate
  • Investigate and evaluate complaints to ensure a timely resolution for the customer

Required skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ customer service experience (contact centre advantageous)
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Relevant third level qualification – ideal
