Our client is a leading Financial Services firm, who are part of one of the worlds leading asset servicing providers. They are well-established globally, in places like Paris, London, Hong Kong and Toronto. Their Dublin office continuously expanding due to on-going success.

The Job:

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Coordinator. Successful candidates will have experience co-ordinating projects and 3 years + experience in funds operations. This is a permanent role, successful candidates will be required to: 

  • Manage projects from beginning to end
  • Implement all necessary resources for the project's success, remaining in line with time/cost/quality requirements
  • Identify and analyse system enhancements and liaise with relevant teams to ensure all essentials are met prior to the induction of new systems 
  • Support operational teams- resolve IT system issues, compliance requirements, testing systems
  • Provide training when necessary- to new and current employees (on efficient use of business applications) 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 3+ years experience in funds operations/ in-depth knowledge of funds space (funds admin, alternative funds industry)
  • Experience co-ordinating projects 
  • Ability to communicate with members of management/operational level
  • Regulatory and current business issues knowledge 
  • Problem-solver who is proactive and works well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
