About your new employer:

About your new job:

This is a 12-month FTC role.

As the R&D, you will be responsible for some of the following:

  • Compile, analyse, and report operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for products.
  • Undergo project work in the sustaining engineering department.
  • Complete engineering documentation.
  • Ensure proposed changes are effective and efficient.
  • Coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments.
  • Create concepts and designs for new products and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance within the team.
  • Summarize and analyse test results.
  • Reduce product costs through design improvements.

What skills you need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • 4+ years R&D engineer experience.
  • Prior experience within a regulated environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team orientated with excellent communication and cross collaboration.
