Customer Care Expert - Turkish speaking

Job description

A highly established software company are looking for a Turkish speaking Customer Care Expert to join their team, in Dublin, Ireland. Competitive salary DOE and great benefits, with excellent career opportunities.

Duties include:

  • Providing users with technical solutions over the phone, chat and email
  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
  • Work with other departments and teams to ensure customers needs are met to a high standard

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills:

  • Fluent in Turkish and English - both verbal and written
  • Previous experience working in a similar role - particularly in front facing customer service
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment 
  • Ability to identify challenges, problem solve and find a solution
