  • Handle, administer and investigate claims
  • Liaise with claimants by phone and e-mail
  • Handle any complaints associated with a claim

What Skills You Need

  • At least one years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good technical knowledge of travel insurance products
  • Excellent customer service skills
