- Receptionist duties - the face of the business
- Typing letters, emails, mailshots etc..
- Managing the administration of the Estate efficiency
- Dealing with daily telephone calls, enquiries and management of messages
- Dealing with staff on a daily basis
- Management of petty cash
- Screening post and prioritisation
- Trips to Youghal when necessary to deal with post, banking etc..
What Skills You Need
- Professional and polite manner
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Ability to balance courtesy with assertiveness when necessary
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word with basic ability in Excel a requirement
- PowerPoint an advantage, but not necessary
- Good time-keeping
- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult people
- Flexibility required
- Ability to prioritise work
