About Your New Job

  • Answering and dealing with customer queries mainly by phone but also by email
  • Calling customers to update them about services and deliveries
  • Liaising with the Finance team regarding invoicing queries

What Skills You Need

  • At least one year customer service experience preferably in a call center environment.
