About Your New Job as Customer Service / Tech Support for the DACH market
• Customer Service, technical and troubleshooting support for all requests from customers in Germany
• Respond through email and chat in a timely manner
• Working alongside the German Sales Team and be involved in Social Media Campaigns
• Working with Tool Bugs and gathering Data Insights.

What Skills You Need to succeed as a Customer Service and Tehcnical Support Specialist for DACH clients.
• Fluent German and English to a native level
• Degree or equivalent experience
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable understanding social media campaigns
