- Providing users with technical solutions over the phone, chat and email
- Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
- Work with other departments and teams to ensure customers needs are met to a high standard
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills:
- Fluent in French and English - both verbal and written
- Previous experience working in a similar role - particularly in front facing customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Ability to identify challenges, problem solve and find a solution
