Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer service superstar?

Our South Dublin based organisation is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a fixed term contract.

As a customer service representative, your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat services
  • Assisting with general queries relating to processes and products
  • Resolving any complaints within a timely manner
  • Investigating issues customers may be experiencing and providing a resolution
  • Ensuring all customer data is up to date, processed, and reviewed
  • Providing a high level of customer service to ensure optimum satisfaction from both customer and client

The perfect candidate has:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A background working within a customer service / call centre role
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent initiative, drive, and interpersonal skills
  • IT skills – proficient in MS, Excel – essential
  • Background / education in IT infrastructure – hardware, software, networking - desirable

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: €28,000
