About Your New Job 

Your job will be to support the Quality Manager in the day-to-day activities within the department. You will provide guidance to other departments with regards to conformance of company and customer requirements and liaise with customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for:

  • Management of the Calibration system to ensure all equipment in system is correctly identified and certified
  • Management of the particle count system to ensure all areas are monitored as per SOP requirements
  • Support issuance of certificates of conformance / analysis and e-cert system
  • Support review of new and updated customer drawings / specification      
  • Ensure electronic system QMS and ERP are maintained for changes
  • Support review of change control requests to meet internal and customer requirements
  • Support Gauge R&R documentation for all equipment in calibration system
  • Support NPI activities creating documentation, approving NPI activities, and maintaining share point system
  • You will act as back up support to other members of Quality team as required
  • Co-ordinate, review and complete / approve First Article inspections and Capability studies
  • Support complaint investigation process
  • Support CAPA process for investigation, verification & closure
  • Support SCAR & MRB process for material quality issues
  • Support inspection / release of material and products using SAP system
  • Support the Quality function with any additional assigned activities to improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS)


What You Need

  • Diploma / Degree qualified in Quality or other similar discipline
  • Attention to detail/accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft office capabilities
  • Good Oral and Written Communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Experience in a quality / manufacturing role
  • Six sigma yellow belt preferable, Minitab, Lead Auditor and Safety Induction
