Payroll Specialist - EMEA Payroll - WFH Options

We at Sigmar are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Multinational client to work on their EMEA Payroll team. You will be joining a business who:

  • Expand and grow their departments - Providing opportunities within for all staff and teams

In this job, you will be joining a dynamic work environment and you will become a key member of the EMEA Payroll team. Your main job duties will be:

  • Ensuring that Payrolls are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with local requirements
  • Focusing on reporting and reconciliation of pay data to ensure the monthly payroll is correct
  • Ensuring sufficient controls are in place to capture changes month-on-month and any differences are reconciled and explained
  • Ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolutions put in place in a timely manner
  • Responding to employee enquiries regarding the administration of pay

Ideally, you will bring the following experience to the role:

  • International/EMEA Payroll Experience
  • Strong CRM, Excel and other I.T. skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team, and co-operate with others to ensure success
  • Accuracy and a strong eye for detail
