Senior Technical Support - Azure - 100% Remote
My client is a IT service and development company looking for a Senior Support Specialist with Azure experience to join their Enterprise Services Team.
What you will be doing:
- Provide 3rd / 4th level support to tier 1 customers such as Infrastructure management and maintenance
- Provide regular scheduled consultation services (infrastructure, Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Security, etc) to key clients as contracted.
- Work with customers and the sales team to develop ICT roadmaps and capacity planning
- Assist in evaluating new technologies, services and processes to meet business/customer objectives.
What you will need:
- Relevant experience and/or certification in Cloud services
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is essential
- Microsoft 365
- Virtualisation: VMware vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, VXRail
- Infrastrucure: Dell Technologies, Cyber and Network Security, Windows Server, Linux, SQL server
- Management and Monitoring - LogicMonitor, ConnectWise Automate/Manage
What's on offer:
- €60-70,000 depending on experience
- Fully remote so can be based anywhere in Ireland
