HR Coordinator – Specialising in Employee Relations
Seeking experienced HR Professional to join food manufacturers based in Co Cavan, this person will be an Employee Relations subject matter expert offering advice and coaching in all ER related issues, candidates must have a strong background in ER.

Responsibilities:
• Support managers with HR / Performance issues.
• Assistance with Recruitment and Selection.
• Management of ER Cases / conducting grievances and disciplinaries.
• Maintenance of HR Documentation.
• HR Administration duties.
• Probation reviews / Annual appraisals / Staff inductions.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ HR experience.
• CIPD Qualified.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
