Our client a hospital in South Dublin is hiring a payroll executive

Overall Responsibility Support the Payroll Department in developing and maintaining best practice in the management of the Payroll Services.

Job Purpose The Payroll Administrator will work within a team of four and will be responsible for end to end processing on their own payroll for 400 staff Process Fortnightly and Weekly payrolls start to finish

Submission of Fortnightly & Weekly payrolls to revenue’s on line system ROS via Megapay

Create bank file on completion of payrolls & send to bank Import electronic timesheets into Megapay Input & check manual timesheets onto spreadsheet for import Send payslips via email & post (fortnightly & monthly)
