My banking client is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team in Dublin until the end of 2021.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining customer data and providing excellent customer service on the products the bank offers to customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing cheque lodgments and cheque reconciliation
  • Processing cheque withdrawals
  • Processing life and pension payments
  • Managing mailbox queries
  • Processing DIRT/Interest adjustments
  • Ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are being met.


  • Previous experience in a banking administration job
  • Previous experience with T24 desirable
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Results focused with the ability to meet targets.
