Job description

Global ERP Support Analyst / €35,000 / Dublin / Fixed-term Contract

What you will be doing:

  • Responding to customer support queries, logged via email and service requests
  • React to system alerts and resolve any related incidents
  • Taking ownership or support issues and managing them through to closure
  • Research issues, propose implementation fixes & document case resolution
  • Manage and prioritize tickets to meet agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Keeping the customer informed as to the progress of the ticket
  • Escalate queries to Developers & Product Owners as required

What you will need:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar customer focused role
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly empathetic demeanor
  • Strong knowledge or Databases, like SQL Server is desired
  • Knowledge in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle
  • Experience and knowledge of inventory & warehouse processes is a distinct advantage
