I am currently working with a fast-growing SME organisation in the Tech sector. They are Irish owned and currently experiencing fast growth. They have decided to hire a HR Manager to help them to achieve their ambitious growth plans over the coming months. This is a permanent role and a new position to the firm.
The HR Manager will work in collaboration with the leadership team and be responsible for all aspects of people operations and culture. It is a critical role that will be key in the attraction and retention of talent and ensure that the organisation is an employer of choice.
