Salary: €45,000 - €55,000

 

About Your New Job

  • Manage a team of 6 Operations Administrators on a day-to-day basis, coordinating activities and managing workflow.
  • Ensure all work carried our meets internal quality and external compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Take part in periodic 1-2-1 performance reviews.
  • Train and motivate individual team members where required.
  • Deal with exceptions and approvals outside of regular business guidelines.
  • Ensure all AML and new business applications are completed in a timely manner.
  • Represent team at internal committees and meetings.

About Your New Employer

Your new employer is a cross border life insurer based in Dublin City Centre. They are looking to add an Italian speaking Operations Team Lead to their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will be tasked with managing the day-to-day of 6 Operations Administrators.

 

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in an operations role in financial services or life insurance.
  • Fluent Italian and English speaker.
  • Good understanding of investments market.
  • 2 years’ team lead or people management experience.
