Job description

IT Helpdesk Administrator - Galway - €35,000 

What you will be doing:

  • Support and assist the IT team with managing JIRA ticket system 
  • Investigate and prioritise reported issues 
  • Set up new Helpdesk members
  • Assign tickets to relevent team members 
  • Log any helpdesk activities 
  • Report to IT manager daily - compile reports on tickets

What you will need:

  • Experience in Helpdesk Administration 
  • Good background in IT 
  • Knowledge of Helpdesk software (particularly JIRA)
  • Excellent writen and verbal communication skills
