About Your New Job

  • Provide customer service support to various business partners.
  • Process claims in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all service level agreements are adhered to.
  • Log all complaints to internal system and escalate appropriate claims to management.

 

About Your New Employer

Your new employer is a specialist international insurer. They are looking to add an Italian speaking Customer Service Administrator to their Dublin team.
The job is being offered on an initial 3 month rolling contract.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in insurance/financial services desirable.
  • Third level qualification desirable.
