What are your responsibilities?

  • Answering customer queries over the phone most of the time - but also via email
  • Resolving queries to the satisfaction of the customer and the business
  • Administrative tasks on behalf of the customer such as transaction requests, account amendments, etc.
  • Explaining products & services
  • Providing feedback to management on about possible improvments

What are the requirements?

  • Passion for customer service in financial services
  • Experience in handling customer queries in a fast-paced environment
  • Amazing team player
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Good attention to detail
