What are your responsibilities?
- Answering customer queries over the phone most of the time - but also via email
- Resolving queries to the satisfaction of the customer and the business
- Administrative tasks on behalf of the customer such as transaction requests, account amendments, etc.
- Explaining products & services
- Providing feedback to management on about possible improvments
What are the requirements?
- Passion for customer service in financial services
- Experience in handling customer queries in a fast-paced environment
- Amazing team player
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good attention to detail
