Client Services Officer

Job description

Sigmar Recruitment are working with a leading Financial Services company for their location in Wexford as they recruit for Client Service Specialists. This role has been created due to their continued success throughout the year in onboarding new clients.

The successful candidate would be responsible for working with clients to help solve their day to day issues and provide supoort to them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Client Liaision and provide support to clients in resolving complex issues.
  • Assist clients in their business needs and where appropriate direct them to different business resources.
  • Contribute to business development efforts.
  • Participate in internal activities that would be designed to improve the client experience.
  • Help lead the conversion and data transfer of client details on to the new internal system.

 

Requirements:

  • Financial Services experience (5 plus years)
  • Experience in Client Services.
