Service Desk Team Lead - Dublin - FTC

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing the ticket management system
  • Managing Vendor relationships
  • Managing relationships with key business and technical representatives
  • Directing a team providing user administration

What You Need:

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Preferable)
  • 5 years experience in a helpdesk leader role
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
