Main duties for this role
- Dairy management.
- Management of travel.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Executing documents.
- Typing letters, e-mails, mailshots, etc …
- Managing the administration of the business
- Dealing with daily telephone calls, enquiries and management of messages.
The ideal candidate
- Min 4 years experience in a similiar role
- Professional and polite manner.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word with basic ability in Excel a requirement.
- Powerpoint an advantage,
- Ability to priortise and to be pro-active.
