Job description

Sigmar Recruitment have been exclusively hired by a market leader in their specialised field for a Personal Assistant for a permanent opportunity.

Main duties for this role

  • Dairy management.
  • Management of travel.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Executing documents.
  • Typing letters, e-mails, mailshots, etc …
  • Managing the administration of the business
  • Dealing with daily telephone calls, enquiries and management of messages.

 

The ideal candidate

  • Min 4 years experience in a similiar role
  • Professional and polite manner.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word with basic ability in Excel a requirement.
  • Powerpoint an advantage, 
  • Ability to priortise and to be pro-active.
