Client Service Representative

Job description

Sigmar are working with a global investment company in their search for a Client Service Representative.

Responsibilties:

  • Work as part of the Client Service Team/Pod where you will focus on the client relationship.
  • Carry out service and operational requests from a particular group of clients. 
  • Responsibile for the full-cycle client experience, ensuring clients are fully satisfied in terms of process improvement and problem resolution. 
  • Align with the Implementation Manager, Relationship Manager and other relevant teams to ensure the highest level of client satification is being met/ to escalate any issues that may airse, ensuring they are resolved. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations and/or client service in the financial services industry is a must.
  • Knowldge of operations solutions and institutional custody
  • Bachelors Degree preferably
