For our client - a globally operating asset management company - we are looking for self-driven employees who are enthusiastic and passionate about giving excellent customer service.
What will be your tasks?
You will answer customer queries over the phone most of the time and via email and webchat as well. You will resolve queries coming from your customers. There are administrative tasks to fulfill on behalf of the customer such as transaction requests, account amendments, etc. You will explain products & services to your customers and provide feedback to management on about possible improvments.
