Working with a global Waterford based company looking to recruit 2 French Customer Support Agents to support the US and Canadian markets. Candidates with high-end Customer service skills and an IT background would be suitable for these roles. He/she will support IT needs

Job Duties include:
• Providing first-level support on IT needs, in a friendly, customer oriented manner.
• Troubleshooting issues.
• Logging, tracking, prioritising and ownership of all contacts received to the Service Desk
• Responsible for timely follow-up on outstanding tickets
• Developing and maintaining solutions within the knowledgebase.
• Working with other IT Teams to help resolve outstanding issues.

Job Skills/Experience required:
• 3rd level Cert.
• Contact Centre Experience is an advantage but not a necessity.  
• Customer focused
• Fluent in both French & English
• Solution orientated
• Demonstrates clear and professional communication skills
