Call Centre Manager Cork

Working with a leading company in their industry who are looking to recruit a TCall Centre Manager/Inbound Sales Manager to lead and mentor the team to achieve and exceed common and shared goals 

Duties include:

  • To carry out the day to day team management of the Cork Contact Centre
  • Develop culture aspiration in terms of sales and customer service approach and collaborative working.
  • Lead and Mentor a team of outbound internal sales people to achieve and exceed common and shared goals
  • Management of the inbound Call Centre to ensure that our customers receive best in class customer service
  • Ensure Revenue and Margin budgets are achieved, ensure all emails / inbound calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Develop expertise in the team in problem solving and innovative thinking
  • Ensure activity levels and gateway KPIS’s are achieved by the Internal Sales team including but not limited to outbound calling, quote targets and conversion levels
  • Ensure Internal Sales Executives form collaborative relationships with field sales & store network
  • Carry out coaching calls with each team member and setting improvement targets
  • Ensure all inbound operators are trained to give best in class customer service
  • Performance manage all identified issues
  • Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with each team member to identify development needs and conduct formal appraisals as required
  • Provide monthly sales reports to timeframes and complete all admin

Skills & Experience required:
• Previous Experience as an Internal Sales Manager or Contact Centre Manager
• Minimum of 4 years’ people management experience
• Proven background of managing Sales and Service Advisors and developing performance
• Excellent Planning, organisational and communication skills
• Sales skills – demonstration of sales process. especially questioning, closing and negotiation
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to implement change
