- Leading a team of customer service personelle
- Managing individuals and the teams KPI's
- Holding motivation, coaching and development sessions
- Reviewing and improving work procedures and processes in order to boost productivity, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
- BA/BS degree in Business or Business management, or 5+ years equivalent experience
- B2B and B2C experience
- 2-3 years of total relevant work experience in International Customer Service of which at least 1 year of experience leading teams
- Fluent in German and English
