Senior HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC
Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join global tech organisation in Dublin on a 12 Month FTC.
This person will be supporting full HR Lifecycle for EMEA Sales part of business.
Candidates must have 5-7 years‘ experience in HR and ideally have experience in a MNC.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage and Implement HR Strategies for Sales functions.
• Management coaching.
• Talent Management – developing talent strategies.
• Succession planning, drive skill building and support talent development team with development opportunities.
• Employee Relations – Manage grievance, investigation and disciplinary processes.
• 5-7 years’ HR experience.
• CIPD Qualification.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• Ideally experience within a global organisation.
