HR Manager, Dublin 12
An Irish owned homecare organisation is seeking to hire a HR Manager (Head of HR) to develop and deliver the HR Strategy for their organisation of 500 employees. The company provides services to persons in need of a wide range of supports within the community. This role will partner with the business to deliver HR Support and leadership on all things people. This is a new role and the successful person will work closely with senior stakeholders throughout the business to deliver HR and Recruitment strategies whilst developing new policies and procedures.
Along with the day to day management of the HR function you will also lead key projects such as:
• Culture integration of three organisations
• Management coaching
• Strategic planning
• Management of an external Quality Accreditation
The ideal person will come from a similar organisation in Health or the Social Care sector along with a real passion for this industry. In addition to this you should have 5 years HR Management experience, ideally in a start-up environment along with a HR Qualification. You should also have exceptional communications and influencing skills.
