Talent Acquisition Specialist



My client, a global household name in the Tech industry is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Cork. This role is initially remote working.


  • Manage a high volume of open requisitions
  • Ensure clear and efficient communication with candidates, colleagues and other areas of the business
  • Pro-actively source candidates through a variety of different methods
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process where possible
  • Utilise recruitment data to prepare weekly reports
  • Attend weekly meetings and present reports to management/business leaders
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Assist with recruitment needs for other areas of the business as necessary


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced in-house recruitment role
  • Experience with high-volume multilingual recruitment
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Pro-active with a positive attitude and a solution-focused approach
  • Highly organised with strong administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to suit business needs
