What would you be doing?
- You answer customer queries over the phone most of the time - but also via email
- You resolve queries to the satisfaction of the customer and the business
- There are administrative tasks on behalf of the customer such as transaction requests, account amendments, etc.
- You explain products & services to the customers
- You provide feedback to management on about possible improvments
