What are your responsibilities?
You will answer customer queries over the phone and email. You satisfy the customers needs by resolving their issues. There are administrative tasks to do on behalf of the customer such as transaction requests, account amendments, etc. You will explain products and services to your customers and provide feedback to management about possible improvments.
What are the requirements?
