Company Secretary Administrator

12-month FTC

Cork

I have exclusively partnered with my client, a well-known organisation, to recruit a Company Secretary Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and filing of Companies Office returns
  • Managing Companies Registration Office Forms
  • Co-ordinating the Annual Compliance and maintaining company database of client companies
  • Creation of processes and implementation of the Registration of Business Ownership (RBO) to satisfy legal requirements
  • Interaction with the CRO and clients on a regular basis ensuring companies comply with statutory obligations
  • Coordinating and attending Board Meetings and shareholder meetings where appropriate
  • Processing Revenue documentation
  • Drafting minutes of board meetings and AGMs of Companies
  • Administering board changes and resolutions
  • Arranging share transfers, allotments, and changes to share capital where required
  • Companies’ incorporation, registration and deregistration
  • General Company Administration duties
  • Updating systems with relevant data, maintain Statutory Registers, minute books and records
  • Liaising with other internal departments on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge/Experience of the setting up of new companies 
  • ICSA qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Pro-active with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on results
  • Strong administration skills and experience with relevant software
