A global investment and wealth management leader is looking to add to their phones team in Dublin’s city centre.

We have worked exclusive with this company for several years now recruiting for their Client Services function and have grown the department from 0 to upwards of 200 consultants in the Dublin office alone.

The company is growing internationally, and we are again aggressively hiring across Ireland and the UK in order to tend to customer and client needs.

Key Responsibilities for this job

  • This is a phones-based job with 80% - 90% of your day spent speaking with clients on the phone and addressing their queries or needs
  • You will need to perform administration tasks on behalf of the customer following your call with them
  • You will need to liaise with other departments within the company periodically
  • You will need to liaise with other departments within the company periodically
  • Upon advancement, you will be expected to assist in the development of new associates that enter the role down the line

What are the skills I need for this job?

  • You will need to have experience dealing with customers in some capacity
  • The clients you will be speaking with are all UK based so you will need to have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
  • You have to be resilient and enjoy working in an occasionally pressurised environment
