What are your responsibilities?
- You will answer customer queries over the phone most of the time - but also via email.
- You resolve the queries to the satisfaction of the customer and the business.
- You are responsible for administrative tasks on behalf of the customer such as transaction requests, account amendments, etc.
- You explain products & services as well as give customers information to empower them to self-serve.
- You provide feedback to management on what improvements can be made.
What are the requirements?
- You have a passion for customer service in financial services.
- You can handle customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a great team player.
- You must be fluent in both written and spoken English as your clients will be UK based.
- You have a good attention to detail.
