Job description

A Global Asset Management company needs driven and self-motivated candidates who are keen to give fantastic customer service. You have a lot of possibilites to grow your career and your personal skills.

What are your responsibilities?

  • You will answer customer queries over the phone most of the time - but also via email.
  • You resolve the queries to the satisfaction of the customer and the business. 
  • You are responsible for administrative tasks on behalf of the customer such as transaction requests, account amendments, etc.
  • You explain products & services as well as give customers information to empower them to self-serve.
  • You provide feedback to management on what improvements can be made.

What are the requirements?

  • You have a passion for customer service in financial services.
  • You can handle customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a great team player.
  • You must be fluent in both written and spoken English as your clients will be UK based.
  • You have a good attention to detail.
