Investor Services Senior/Supervisor

Job description

Administration

  • 4 years relevant industry experience, preferably including working with alternative investment funds
  • Administration of a varied portfolio of clients, primarily across the funds and securitisation industries, in accordance with procedures, e.g., investor set up, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, note registers
  • Serve as main daily client operational contact for transfer agency, note registrar and shareholder services
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of transfer agency/shareholder services books and records
  • Review or prepare documentation, including capital call and distribution calculations and notices
  • Responsibility for client appropriate regulatory documentation and filings, FATCA and CRS reviews
  • Meet all reporting deliverable
  • Supervise relevant staff on systems, processing, procedures, and job responsibilitie
  • Delegate tasks to more junior members of staff
  • Managing Incoming/outgoing funds
  • Periodic reviews
  • Billing
  • AML

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of alternative investment fund structures and regulatory requirements and experience working in a control environment preferable
  • Detailed knowledge of Investran and investor reporting from an administration and delivery perspective is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and NavOne
  • Good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements & working practices
  • Knowledge and experience of securitisation and payments advantageous, including for example Note Registrar and cash management
