Sales Support - Agri

The Technical Services Representative is responsible for all aspects of customer service and support, in person, on the phone and via email. They will be working with customers, end users and suppliers and provide positive customer experience by providing prompt and accurate feedback for all customers including end-user customers, network and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and technical ability, an interest in agriculture and an enthusiasm for excellent customer service.

Duties include:
• Provide a high level of customer service to all customers, actual and potential.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, understanding clients’ needs and requirements.
• Identification, troubleshooting and resolving customers technical issues in an efficient, timely and effective manner.
• Logging all customer complaints, quality issues, service calls, warranty claims- & closing them out in a timely manner.
• Supporting the overall sales and marketing strategy within the Company.
• Manage the Warranty process.

Skills/Experience required:
• Must have an agricultural engineering background - Background or interest in engineering or agriculture is essential. This is a hands-on role.
• 3 years Support experience
• Trustworthy and respectful in all working relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers.
