German Sales - Renewals

Working with a leading multinational IT company who are looking to recruit a German Renewals Sales Manager to manage their existing customers on the SMB team. The successful candidate will ensure their Customers are gaining maximum outcomes from their solutions and continue to renew on time, and increase customer value.

Duties include :
• Manage their customer base
• Managing escalations through collaboration with various functions (support, sales etc.)
• Identify any potential customer with a churn risk and collaborate with the relevant internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal.
• Driving retention rates & growth, achieving renewal revenue targets on a quarterly/yearly basis.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and proactively engage with Channel partners working closely with them to close renewal business.
• Build strong relationships with Distribution and Channel partners
• Issuing Renewal quotations in a timely manner
• Achieving Renewal numbers & Forecast with accuracy

Skills/experience required:
• Fluent in written and spoken German
• Experienced in IT sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and can confidently take ownership of your territory.
• A degree or have the equivalent work experience
