Customer Account Executive – Banking

**Shift work, shift allowance provided.

My client has some exciting new roles, and they are looking for people with up to 2 years’ experience in a customer service/sales area of banking.

This is a target driven role where you will deal with customers over the phone and via email.

 

Day to day includes:

  • Selling deposits, current accounts, overdrafts to customers over the phone 
  • Identifying sales opportunities when speaking with customers
  • Dealing with customer queries over phone and via email 
  • Converting inquiries into sales 
  • Act as customers personal point of contact 
  • Working on Excel. 

Requirements: 

  • APA Savings & Investments and Loans or full QFA qualification.
  • Previous customer service/sales experience – face to face or over the phone.
  • Coming from 1-2 years’ in banking.
  • Driven and enthusiastic about customer service and hitting targets.
  • Likes working with people.
  • Proficient with Excel.
