Well this company is one of the fastest growing companies in the world and they work with World Famous Media Brands.  They have offices worldwide with the Irish office located in Dublin City and they are looking for a French speaker to work with this Brand as an Advertising & Operations Analyst.

This role is analytical, administrative and online client services related so requires excellent attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.

This role will be working from home initially and then full time in the office once restrictions are lifted.  Even though it is working from home, you must be in Dublin when you start the role but can apply from overseas once you have a Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport

Responsibilities for this Role will include but will not be limited to :

  • You will be working alongside the Sales Team and Account Managers
  • Assisting with process improvement and strategy for Advertising campaigns
  • Market Research
  • Assisting with Brands design and implementing marketing tests
  • Project managing a variety of projects at the same time
  • Monitoring performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve
  • Account Managing your Clients
  • You will be working on Social Media Campaigns
  • You will be gathering Data Insights
  • Client services to include explaining Policies
  • Dealing with clients and customers mainly via online chat and email
  • Updating applications and tools
  • Following compliance procedures regarding client advertising

Experience required for this Role :

  • Written and spoken fluent French
  • Written and spoken fluent English
  • You need to fully understand online advertising
  • At least 1 years’ experience working in an office in customer services or operations
  • You need to be a good multitasker with excellent attention to detail
  • Familiar with Social Media
