Job description

My client, a Medical Device company in Galway City currently has HR job openings for:

1 x Senior HR Business Partner (Operations) and 1 x HR Business Partner (Talent)

Contract type: These are both FTC contracts for 9-12 months.

These are hybrid roles: The HR team currently work a combination of on site and from home.

Senior HR Business Partner Job details:

This role sits within the HR Operations team where you'll be looking after an Operations team of approx 600 employees and you'll be supporting 22 Team Leads. This role is fast paced and broad, you'll be looking after employee recognition, engagement, managing absence, communication and employee relations.

My client is looking for applicants that have approx 4-5 years Senior HRBP experience within a corporate environment and will be able to juggle and enjoy these various responsibilities with minimum support.

HR Business Partner Job Details:

This role sits within the Talent HR team and you'll be looking after Graduate programs, health and wellness and other day to day employee projects/incentives. Again, this role is fast paced and my client is seeking applicants that have similar experience of 3 + years within a corporate HR environment.
