Job title: Senior Office Administrator
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to support the various functions of the business.
Main duties of the job:
• Support senior managers across the business both here in Ireland and Internationally
• Support the payroll function and processes and support with queries etc
• Assist with day to day administration duties of the office
• Operations – checking all training records and updating them
• Support technical reports using excel
• Ensure Health and Safety Training is up to date
• Weekly / monthly reports, and ensure all systems are up to date
The ideal candidate will have:
Min 5 years strong administration experience coming from a corporate multi-national fast paced environment.
Strong IT Skills particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent attention to detail, good numerical skills
Must drive / full drivers license
