Job Title: German Customer Care Specailist

Location: Work from home

Type of contract: Permanent

Industry: IT Software (in a growing start up environment)

Requirements: Applicants don't need prior IT technical experience, full training (6 weeks) will be provided. It is important that applicants are passionate about providing a good quality customer care and have experience of providing customer care in any industry.

The job:

You'll be guiding customers and helping to provide them with technology solutions through problem solving and investigating different technologies. Customer care is a priority to this employer and they're looking for employees who are thoughtful, kind, patient and able to build strong relationships with customers.

Customer Support is provided via e-mail, chat and phone calls.

The hours of work:
