Transport Administrator – Tolka Quay
Seeking an experienced administrator to join our clients team based in Tolka Quay.
Candidates must be tech savvy and have experience in using multiple CRM systems, ideally candidates will be strong communicators and have experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must have a full driving licence.


• Vehicle Maintenance / Inspections / management of check lists and reports.
• Managing driver delivery dockets.
• Managing drivers record, sick leave and holidays.
• Updating attendance records.
• Arranging of truck permits.
• Assistance with Audits.
• Management of reports.
• Stock Control.
• Assisting transport manager with ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Answering any phone queries.
• Finance administration – approving supplier invoices.

• 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
• IT proficient – Advanced Excel skills and experienced in CRM systems.
• Full clean driving licence and car.
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ideally immediately available.
